02 / Information we collect
When you register your interest, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your role in football. We also record the date and time of registration, the version of the consent notice, the source of your registration, and the status of your request.
Security services may process technical information, such as IP address, browser characteristics and challenge-related signals, to protect the registration form from abuse. Technical and security logs may also be generated when you use our website.
03 / Why we use your information
With your consent, we use registration information to manage your interest in REGISSIMO, share relevant development updates, invite you to introductory conversations, and contact you about potential early access or collaboration. Signing up does not guarantee access, participation in a pilot, or any obligation to purchase.
We may separately process limited technical data where necessary for the legitimate interest of maintaining the security and reliability of the website, subject to applicable law.
04 / Your choice and consent
Registration is voluntary. You can withdraw your consent and ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing privacy@regissimo.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before your withdrawal.
05 / Service providers and data location
We use Cloudflare to host the website, protect the form with Turnstile, process registration requests and store the submitted registration information in a D1 database configured with an EU jurisdiction. Our privacy email address uses Cloudflare Email Routing, forwarding incoming messages to a Google-managed mailbox.
Our service providers may process some technical, support, security or email information in other countries. We seek to apply appropriate safeguards required under applicable data protection law. We do not sell your registration information.
06 / How long we retain your data
We retain Early Access registration information for no longer than 24 months from registration, unless you request deletion sooner or another lawful basis requires a different period. We review records for removal when the retention period expires. Separate technical logs may be subject to shorter provider-specific retention periods.
07 / Your rights
Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability, and may object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time.
To make a request, contact privacy@regissimo.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in the Republic of Serbia or another competent supervisory authority where applicable.
08 / Security and decision-making
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect submitted information. Turnstile may automatically assess whether a form submission appears automated; registration does not involve automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about eligibility for early access.
